RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the purchased product within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Return Conditions
- Returned products must be unused/unworn and in their original packaging.
- You must include the receipt or the order number and date of purchase.
- All costs incurred during the return of the item are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Shipments
If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, shows signs of being opened, or is missing contents, it must be returned immediately in the condition it was received within 14 days, along with a completed complaint form. We will work to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.
Right to Unilateral Termination of Contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, individual buyers are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery (or the delivery of the final item in an order).
- The buyer will be refunded the amount paid, minus the initial transport/shipping costs.
- Exceptions: This right does not apply to products excluded under Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act.
How to Terminate the Contract
You may terminate the contract using the provided form or via any other unambiguous statement expressing your will to terminate the contract on a durable medium.
- Exchanges: A request to exchange an item (e.g., wrong clothing size or color) is legally treated as a unilateral termination. Please ensure you fill out the termination form so we know you are requesting an exchange.

Refund Process & Obligations
- Refunds: For terminations without an exchange, we will process your refund once the goods have been returned to us.
- Deadlines: You must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to terminate the contract.
- Costs: Under Article 77 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Diminished Value: Under Article 77, Paragraph 5, the buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
- Wave Shop informs customers that any reduction in value due to damaged packaging or product damage (not caused by testing functionality) will be determined individually for each returned item. We will notify the buyer if a compensation fee is required.
